On September 12, Nomura Securities launched a campaign urging overseas institutional investors to reconsider Japanese stocks. The brokerage targets portfolio managers in the major cities of Europe, the US and Asia, including London, New York and Hong Kong. The move was prompted by the upturn in Japanese stock markets.
