3, 13. 2006

Former Livedoor Co. President Takafumi Horie was filed a criminal complaint by the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission on Mar. 13, along with four suspects and Livedoor itself. The complaint was made on suspicion that the IT firm had falsified its financial reports, violating the Securities and Exchange Law.
