Affiliate Ad Agency ValueCommerce Makes IPO

ValueCommerce Co., Ltd., affiliate advertising agency listed its shares on the Mothers Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on July 31. It is the third company specializing affiliate ads to join the market. The first share price after its initial public offering marked 438,000 yen, 40% higher than the offer price of 310,000 yen.
