The drop was caused because Internet users are shifting from DSL to Fiber Optics, capable of transferring more contents than DSL. DSL contracts at the end of June slightly dropped to 14,490,994 down by 0.2% compared to 3 month before. Fiber optics, on the other hand, increased by 15.5% to 6,305,597.
