Nifty to be Listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange

Nifty Corp., scheduled to list its shares in the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Market on Dec. 7, said it set its per-share price of 210,000 yen. It will newly issue 27,800 shares on its IPO and its 52,100 issued shares will go on sale.
