Square Enix Co. will start selling "How to Begin Wine DS", a software for the handheld game console Nintendo DS, in collaboration with Bijutsu Shuppan-sha, Ltd. on Nov. 15, timed with the release of Beaujolais nouveau. The software was produced under the supervision of the editorial department of the Winart magazine published by Bijutsu Shuppan-sha. It helps users learn the basic knowledge and manners and other things about wine. The contents also include a "wine quiz" to familiarize the users with wine drinking by asking more than 1,000 questions . The software also provides a "situation navigation" function that will help select a bottle to suit an occasion. Suggested price is 2,940 yen with taxes.
