Nippon COMSYS most highly evaluated by students who sought employment

   The communications facilities construction company Nippon COMSYS Corp. came out to be the company most highly evaluated by students who sought employment, according to the "ranking of companies recommended by graduates who sought employment for fiscal 2007" reported on Oct. 30, 2007 on the major mouth-of-word job seeking website "job seeking diaries of all". Nippon COMSYS jumped to the first place from its 19th place in the previous report for fiscal 2006. Placed 2nd in the report for fiscal 2007 was Tokio Marine Nichido Systems Co. (placed 3rd in the previous report), and the 3rd was Sanko group (1st).
   Companies which made major advances in the ranking from the previous report included Starbucks Coffee Japan, Ltd. (from 92nd to 14th) and Gunma Bank (95th to 16th). The ranking was compiled on the basis of the assessments of the job seekers on the satisfactoriness of the companies in job offering stance in respect to: "providing of adequate chances for the job seekers to meet with the companies' employees by arranging for the job seekers to visit company facilities and to have Q&A sessions" and "giving feedbacks on the interviews and giving total support for the job seeking students".
   The report was compiled after analysing valid replies sent in by 40,800 people.
