Japanese TV personality and transgender Ai Haruna won Miss International Queen 2009, a transsexual beauty pageant, held in Pattaya, Thailand on October 31. Haruna was awarded 10,000 US dollars and a year's complimentary of a hotel room in Pattaya.
Haruna was the 4th at this competition in 2007. In a TV program which Haruna regularly appears on, she was imposed that she would try bungee jumping if she has lost.
